Decrease bone fracture with Preotact®

Patients with osteoporosis have an increased risk of bone fracture, due to reduced bone mineral density, disrupted bone microarchitecture and alterations of non-collagenous proteins in bones.

Preotact® offers treatment for osteoporosis by increasing bone mineral density and decreasing bone fracture. Preotact® is a full-length parathyroid hormone (PTH) therapy for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Studies have demonstrated that Preotact® can decrease bone fracture in particular vertebral bone fractures.
